Terms of Service

Important — the Service provides indicative estimates, not advice. GoSiteHunt produces automated, high-level property-development feasibility estimates from public and third-party data, for preliminary screening only. Outputs are not financial, investment, valuation, taxation, planning, legal, engineering or other professional advice, and are not a substitute for your own due diligence and independent professional advice. You must verify every figure (zoning, density, end values, build costs, residual land value, margins, IRR) with qualified professionals (a quantity surveyor, valuer, town planner, accountant and solicitor) and the relevant authority before making any decision or offer. You rely on the Service entirely at your own risk.

1. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Keep your password secure and notify us of any unauthorised use.

2. The Service

GoSiteHunt aggregates public and licensed third-party data (government cadastre, zoning, census, valuation and mapping sources) and applies automated models to produce indicative development feasibility outputs. Data coverage, availability and accuracy vary by market and over time; some sources are incomplete, outdated, or temporarily unavailable. We do not warrant that any output is accurate, complete, current or fit for any particular purpose.

3. No professional advice / your responsibility

The Service is an analytical tool, not an adviser. Nothing in the Service constitutes professional advice or a recommendation to buy, sell, develop or finance any property. You are solely responsible for any decision you make and for obtaining independent professional advice. We are not a real-estate agent, valuer, financial adviser, planner or licensee, and we do not act on your behalf.

4. Subscriptions, credits & billing

Paid plans and credit top-ups are billed in US dollars through our payment processor (Stripe). Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. Plan credits are granted each period and do not roll over. You can cancel at any time via your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Fees and cancellations are otherwise governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. We may change pricing on reasonable notice; changes apply from your next renewal.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to: misuse, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer the Service; resell or redistribute outputs or underlying third-party data except as permitted by those data licences; use the Service unlawfully or to infringe any right; or remove attributions. Some datasets are provided under third-party licences (e.g. government open-data licences, OpenStreetMap © OpenStreetMap contributors) and your use of outputs derived from them is subject to those licences.

6. Intellectual property

We own the Service, its software, models and presentation. You retain ownership of the inputs you submit. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service and its outputs for your own internal property assessment. You grant us a licence to process your inputs to provide and improve the Service.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GoSiteHunt and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, or for any loss of profit, revenue, opportunity, data or goodwill, arising from or in connection with your use of (or reliance on) the Service or its outputs. Our total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid to us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law or other law that cannot lawfully be excluded; where our liability cannot be excluded but can be limited, our liability is limited, at our option, to re-supplying the Service or paying the cost of re-supply.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses and costs arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Service, or your reliance on any output in dealings with third parties.

10. Suspension & termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or to protect the Service. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; sections that by their nature should survive (including 3, 7, 8, 9, 11) survive.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of South Australia, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.

12. Changes & contact

We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified in-app or by email and apply prospectively. Continued use after changes means you accept them. Questions: support@gositehunt.com.
