How to read this honestly. "Screening" means a fast, cheap first pass that decides whether a site deserves real due diligence — it is not planning advice, and depth follows what each government publishes. Australia is deepest because Australian governments publish the most. If a market you need is thin, tell us — coverage is prioritised by demand, and this page changes as markets deepen.
