Pricing

Every plan runs the same engine — zoning, yield, end values, residual land value and a GO/NO-GO maximum land price on any address we cover. Plans differ by how much you run, not by what you get.

What one credit buys

Credits are priced to track what a job actually costs us to run, so heavy work costs more than light work.

Questions people ask before they buy

Do I need a card to try it?

No. Creating an account gives you 50 credits — enough for 50 site reports — with no card and no expiry.

What's the difference between free and paid data?

Free accounts get the full engine with government suburb-median anchors behind the end values — honest, clearly labelled as a floor, and editable. Paid plans add licensed individual sold comparables (Pricefinder © Domain Group) so end values come from real recent sales of the dwelling type you're proposing, not the suburb's mixed stock. The licensed feed is in final licensing rollout — every paid account gets it automatically the day it goes live, no action needed. Until then paid reports use the same clearly-labelled government sale-median anchors as free accounts, so nothing you pay for is withheld.

What happens to unused plan credits?

Monthly plan credits are granted each billing period and don't roll over. Credits bought as a one-off pack never expire.

Can I cancel?

Any time, from your account or by emailing support@gositehunt.com. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. There's no cancellation fee.

Why US dollars?

Billing settles through Stripe in USD. If your card is Australian, your bank converts at its own rate and may add a foreign-transaction fee. We're an Australian company — Madison Jade Pty Ltd, ABN 56 661 580 936.

Where does it work?

In 35+ countries — Australia, the UK, the US, Canada, New Zealand, Ireland, and markets across Europe, Asia, Latin America and Africa, each running on that jurisdiction's own government planning, parcel and sales data. Depth varies by market — that's the nature of government data, and Australia is where ours runs deepest — so every report states the source and date behind each number, and estimates are labelled as estimates. Country-by-country detail: coverage.

Does a report replace due diligence?

No. It's a screening tool that tells you what to investigate and what a site is worth paying for. Survey, planning, legal and finance advice still apply before you buy anything.
