What one credit buys

Questions people ask before they buy
Do I need a card to try it?
No. Creating an account gives you 50 free basic credits with no expiry and no card required, plus 2 free fresh HtAG sales comparison searches. Basic credits pay for tools at the rates above; the comparison-search allowance is separate.
How does the sales comparison trial work?
Each fresh HtAG search requests up to 5 Australian sales. A fresh attempt counts towards your 2-search allowance even if it returns few or no suitable sales. Coverage and shared research availability apply; a search does not guarantee five matching comparisons or an automatic feasibility estimate.
After your 2 free searches, an active paid software plan or a purchased credit pack is required for additional fresh searches. Further searches remain subject to coverage and shared research availability. You can reuse current saved comparisons and recalculate a feasibility without another source lookup or using another trial search.
What is the end value based on?
HtAG supplies provider-reported sales, which GoSiteHunt checks against the proposed property type, sale date and location. Where enough suitable evidence is available, the feasibility can use an indicative, unadjusted sample median. Missing details and broader property categories are flagged. Government area benchmarks and built-in assumptions are labelled separately; they are not individual comparable sales. You can review and edit the end-value assumption. This is a screening tool, not a formal valuation.
What happens to unused plan credits?
Monthly plan credits are granted each billing period and don't roll over. Credits bought as a one-off pack never expire.
Can I cancel?
Any time, from your account or by emailing support@gositehunt.com. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. There's no cancellation fee.
Why US dollars?
Billing settles through Stripe in USD. If your card is Australian, your bank converts at its own rate and may add a foreign-transaction fee. We're an Australian company — Madison Jade Pty Ltd, ABN 56 661 580 936.
Where does it work?
In 35+ countries — Australia, the UK, the US, Canada, New Zealand, Ireland, and markets across Europe, Asia, Latin America and Africa, each running on that jurisdiction's own government planning, parcel and sales data. Depth varies by market — that's the nature of government data, and Australia is where ours runs deepest — so every report states the source and date behind each number, and estimates are labelled as estimates. Country-by-country detail: coverage.
Does a report replace due diligence?
No. It's a screening tool that tells you what to investigate and what a site is worth paying for. Survey, planning, legal and finance advice still apply before you buy anything.
