Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Madison Jade Pty Ltd (ABN 56 661 580 936) ("GoSiteHunt", "we") collects, uses and discloses personal information when you use GoSiteHunt. We handle personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles (Privacy Act 1988 (Cth)) and, where it applies, the EU/UK GDPR.
1. What we collect
- Account data — your email address and a securely hashed password (we never store your password in plain text).
- Usage data — the addresses, suburbs and parameters you submit for analysis, the reports you generate, and basic logs (timestamps, error and request metadata) needed to run and secure the Service.
- Billing data — your plan, credit balance and purchase history. Card details are entered directly with Stripe; we do not see or store your full card number.
2. How we use it
To provide the Service (generate reports), authenticate you, process payments, provide support, secure and improve the Service, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
3. Who we share it with (sub-processors)
To run the Service we send limited data to trusted providers, who process it on our behalf:

4. International transfers
Some providers (e.g. Anthropic, Render, Stripe) process data on servers in the United States and other countries. By using the Service you consent to your information being processed outside your country, with appropriate safeguards.
5. Retention
We keep your account and usage data while your account is active and as needed for legal, billing and security purposes, then delete or de-identify it. Billing records are retained as required by law.
6. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and (where GDPR applies) portability or restriction of processing, and you may object to certain processing or withdraw consent. To exercise any right — including deleting your account and associated data — email support@gositehunt.com and we will action it within a reasonable time.
7. Cookies
We use a single essential session cookie to keep you signed in (HttpOnly, Secure, SameSite). We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
8. Security
We use industry-standard measures (hashed passwords, encrypted transport, per-user data isolation). No system is perfectly secure; please use a strong, unique password.
9. Children
The Service is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
