What to include
- Account or billing: the email address on the account and the date of the charge.
- A report that looks wrong: the address you ran and what you expected instead — this is the most useful bug report we get, and it's how coverage improves.
- Can't sign in: use reset your password first; email us if that doesn't get you back in.
We can't give advice on a specific deal. We're a software company, not planners, valuers, agents or lawyers, and we can't tell you whether to buy a particular site or what to offer. We can explain how a number in your report was produced and what it's based on.
